Returns Policy

At The Upcoming, you may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive your refund more quickly. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or payment provider to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your The Upcoming account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed your returned item.

Shipping

The Upcoming ships to virtually any address worldwide. Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions, and certain items may not be eligible for international delivery.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping method you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, estimated delivery dates may appear during checkout.

Please note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of each product can be found on its product detail page. In accordance with our shipping partners' policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound for shipping calculations.
